Coming in at our number one spot is my personal favorite, the new and improved Pokémon 151 set! If you are a collector, this is a must-have Elite Trainer Box. It features all of the original 151 Pokémon with new artworks. Keep an eye out for the new Charizard EX card; it's absolutely fabulous. You really get thrown back into time with this set, making it a real blast from the past. Every time you open up this pack, that little hit of nostalgia is wonderful. But it's not just for collectors; even as a new player, hitting those special art illustrations, rares, and full art EX's is just as exciting. You won't be disappointed with this box at all!
On a side note, I am personally keeping one of my Pokémon 151 Elite Trainer Boxes sealed because I think it will hold good value in the future. This isn't investment advice, but I do tend to keep Elite Trainer Boxes sealed from time to time that I believe will go up in the future Pokémon 151 is absolutely one of those sets.
2. Crown Zenith Elite Trainer Box
Our number two spot goes to Pokémon Crown Zenith because of its highly sought-after chase cards. Crown Zenith is still at a great price point and contains some really awesome cards.
Giratina VSTAR and
Arceus VSTAR are my personal favorites. When you combine these two cards with everything else the set has to offer, it's a no-brainer to want to pick up a Crown Zenith Elite Trainer Box. The set does not come in a booster box, so the Elite Trainer Box gives you the best bang for your buck when it comes to trying to collect the Crown Zenith set. The set is still quite cheap compared to some of the other boxes, making it another box I would think about holding onto if you were in the mindset of keeping it as a sealed product.

There are so many different Charizard arts in this set that you probably aren't surprised it's coming in at our number three spot. This set is just awesome. You have to make sure you are on the lookout for the special illustration rare
Charizard EX because, man, is it awesome! If you like Charizard and love some unique card artworks not really featured in the other Elite Trainer Boxes, then this set is the one for you. On top of that, not 100% sure, but keep it on the down low; I have heard it has higher pull rates than other sets, making it easier to complete the set.
4. Scarlet & Violet Elite Trainer Box

Many people are familiar with this set, and it's not as highly desired for collectors, making this a great Elite Trainer Box for newer or returning players trying to get into collecting.
From what I have seen (and prices obviously change frequently, so do your own research), this Elite Trainer Box tends to stay as the cheapest Elite Trainer Box on the market, so if you want to pick one up, it's an absolute steal. My favorite card in this set is Miriam for sure, but there are all sorts of beautiful cards, so be on the lookout!

Yeah, talking to you, all my Alolan Vulpix lovers, and with a ton of rainbow cards, how could you pass this up? Think twice!

This set has some really awesome cards, and when I say really awesome, I am talking about Giratina V (Alternate Full Art) and Aerodactyl V (Alternate Full Art). This Elite Trainer Box was built for people looking for insanely valued cards and is an awesome pickup for collectors. How can you pass that up? It's like, are you really going to deny the challenge of hunting down those gems? Probably not, and that's exactly why Lost Origins takes the number seven spot on the list!

The reason I have this at number eight, even though it's one of the more recent sets, is that it focused on a ton of Pokémon that I personally wasn't the biggest fan of. But, man, do not let that make you not want to purchase this set. It still holds a spot on the top 10 list, and honestly, it could be higher. That Roaring Moon EX card is one of the coolest cards in the set by far and might be one of the strongest Ancient Pokémon. With Future Pokémon coming in this set as well, it's definitely a really nice pickup for any kind of player making this Elite Trainer Box something you should not ignore!
9. Scarlet & Violet Paldea Evolved Elite Trainer Box

I would recommend this box mainly for collectors or people coming from the Pokémon GO phone game who are looking to get into collecting cards. It features some really cool rainbow rares, but nothing of crazy value, so I would say for sure this is for special circumstances. Nonetheless, you don't really see the cards for this set often, so be aware of it and pick up a box if you like staying away from the normal trends.
